In a recent segment on SRF’s flagship news program Echo der Zeit, SIL’s Prof. Maximilian Palmié shared key insights on Tesla’s global sales rebound following last year's decline.
Analyzing the shift in consumer sentiment, he explained that public perception around Elon Musk has temporarily moved away from political controversy back toward his image as a tech visionary—partly driven by momentum around SpaceX. This shift, combined with market incentives and rising fuel prices, has helped lower resistance among prospective electric vehicle buyers in Switzerland and across Europe.
