SIL participated in the 23rd Smart Cities Regional Conference under the motto “Smart Cities in Dialogue: Cooperation and Innovation in the International Lake Constance Region” on September 24, 2025 in Constance.

How can we make our cities sustainable and climate-neutral? How can we promote cooperation between municipalities to achieve common goals in a region? Questions like these were the focus of the regional conference - during the panel discussion with representatives from the federal, state, and local governments, and in a variety of other interactive program items. Participants were able to draw smart city inspiration from municipal practice, workshops, and networking formats that looked beyond the Lake Constance region.
