The Sustainability Innovation Lab was represented at the Powering Change Together conference, organized by the Academic Collaborative Center for Climate and Energy at Tilburg University. The event brought together researchers and practitioners to discuss climate action and emphasize the necessity of collaboration across disciplines, sectors, and communities to accelerate the clean energy transition.

During the event, Monica presented SIL's forthcoming book chapter on "Business Model Innovation for Smart Cities," co-authored with Maximilian Palmié, Selina Lorenz, and Pejvak Oghazi. This research builds upon the Positive Clean Energy Districts (PCED) Business Model Assembler, a governance and coordination tool developed within the ASCEND Project.

The conference provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and fostering new connections among those working toward sustainable urban energy solutions.
